I flexed into an interesting B2B project for Provider Solutions and Development (PS&D). Created by Providence Health Group, PS&D connects purpose-driven healthcare systems with like-mined healthcare providers. It provides comprehensive, end-to-end recruiting services, including sourcing, operations and marketing, for physician, nurse practitioner and physician assistant roles.

My role in this project was to create an 8-step Job Transition Checklist for physicians who are ready to move to a new job. With many medical caveats and best practice angles to consider, the article was written to highlight comprehensive points from a legal standpoint to an emotional, and human-interest point of view.
